The latest rumors suggest that Tom Cruise still misses Katie — and he’s not too pleased about her alleged new boyfriend!
Katie Holmes is busy these days, what with taking care of Suri and relaunching her movie career. Recently, the former Dawson’s Creek star has been spotted filming the new flick Mania Days. And it looks like Luke Kirby — Katie’s movie love interest — may also be a love interest in real life! The two were spotted getting very cozy on set, filming what clearly is intended to be a very passionate scene.
Obviously, one treads in risky water when using celebs’ on-set chemistry as evidence of an off-set relationship. But sources claim that Katie and Luke have been seen together on multiple occasions away from the movie cameras but looking just as in to each other as ever.
All this gossip about Katie Holmes’ new boyfriend appears to be taking its toll on Tom Cruise. One insider told OK! Magazine that it’s hard for Tom to see Katie looking so happy and carefree. “It reminds him of the girl he fell in love with – how she was in their early days.” The source adds that Tom loved her back then and still does now. “I think he’d take her back if he could…I don’t think he’s ready to face up to Katie and L!uke.”
